The DSD1131 digital satellite set-top box is a full-feature DTH platform based on Standard Definition, MPEG-2, DVB-S and secure silicon chipset technology, incorporating XtraView technology. The DSD1131 utilises a highly integrated, new generation single-chip DSD solution, based on the STi Omega 2 architecture employing a high-performance 200 MHz processor and is equipped with stereo audio and baseband video outputs in addition to a RF re-modulator.

The DSD1131 will be supplied with OpenTV Middleware and Irdeto embedded conditional access technology. The DSD1131 will be packaged in a plastic enclosure and is supplied with an external power supply unit.

The feature set includes single CVBS standard definition video and dual stereo audio outputs, USB 2.0, an RF re-modulator and digital audio S/PDIF outputs.

The DSD427 is supplied with NDS MediaHighway middleware and NDS Custom Application software, as well as NDS VideoGuard conditional access technology.
