The DSD419 utilises a 400 MHz, multi-standard MPEG-2 / MPEG-4 (H.264) processor with integrated DVB-S2 demodulator and features 8 MByte Flash and 64 MByte RAM.  The DSD419 is offered with either OpenTV or NDS Core 4 middleware and Nagravision or NDS embedded conditional access technology as our preferred configuration.  The DSD419 will be packaged in a slim line all plastic enclosure and is supplied with a robust external power supply unit.

Alternative middleware and conditional access configurations are available and project timescales and product availability may vary as a result.

The DSD1131 digital satellite set-top box is a full-feature DTH platform based on Standard Definition, MPEG-2, DVB-S and secure silicon chipset technology, incorporating XtraView technology. The DSD1131 utilises a highly integrated, new generation single-chip DSD solution, based on the STi Omega 2 architecture employing a high-performance 200 MHz processor and is equipped with stereo audio and baseband video outputs in addition to a RF re-modulator.
